Switch in Underlying only for Wholesale Gasoline Futures and Event contracts; Temporary Delisting of the Weekly Currency Exchange EUR/USD Event contracts

Pursuant to Commission Regulation §40.6(a), the HedgeStreet Rule and Instrument Committees have approved the above-referenced actions.

The delisting of the Weekly Currency Exchange EUR/USD Event contracts were made effective as of the close of business on Friday, October 27, 2006. The amendments to the Futures and Event Contract Wholesale Gasoline Contracts were made effective as of the start of business on Monday, October 30, 2006.
