Pursuant to Commission Regulation §40.6(a), the HedgeStreet Rule and Instrument Committees have approved the addition of new Payout Criteria to the Daily Binary USD/CHF and USD/CAD Contracts.
The Rule additions/amendments were made effective at the start of business on Thursday, October 5, 2006.
