As of the start of business on Tuesday, February 14, 2006, trading commences in the Federal Funds Rate Binary Contracts and Nonfarm Payrolls Binary Contracts

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended ("Act"), and §40.6(a) of the regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the "Commission") under the Act, the HedgeStreet Rule and Instrument Committees have approved the above-referenced amendments.

The Federal Funds Rate contract specifications are contained under HedgeStreet Rule 12.64 while the Nonfarm Payrolls contract specifications may be found under HedgeStreet Rule 12.69.
