Nadex Temporarily Refrains From Listing 5-Minute Contracts on Trade Date July 17, 2017

2017

On July 17, 2017, North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (“Nadex”, the “Exchange”) temporarily refrained from listing its Intraday 5-Minute Currency contracts, beginning with the 6:40pm ET expiration. The listings resumed beginning with the 7:05pm ET listing. The decision to refrain from listing these contracts was due to a technical issue with the underlying data feed, and action was taken pursuant to Nadex Rule 12.1(h). Intraday 5-Minute Currency contracts that expired from 6:05 through 6:30pm ET were settled using underlying data from Reuters. Additionally, the Intraday 5-Minute GBP/JPY binary contract that expired at 6:35pm ET was settled using Reuters data. All other 5-Minute contracts settled normally using underlying data from the NadexFX data feed.
