Nadex Submits a Self-Certification to Clarify a Term in its November 23, 2012 Submission Regarding its Temporary “Demo Account Conversion Program”

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), Nadex submitted to the Commission a self-certification to clarify that the fee waiver offered to qualifying prospective Members participating in the temporary “Demo Account Conversion Program”, is being effectuated through a rebate of exchange fees following the expiration of the 6-week Program period on January 31, 2013, but no later than February 8, 2013.
