Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:

No AUD/USD, GBP/USD, GBP/JPY or EUR/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date September 19, 2022; additionally, no EUR/JPY or GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:10pm ET expiration time on that day;
No GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date September 20, 2022;
No GBP/USD or GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date September 21, 2022;
No AUD/USD, GBP/USD, or GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date September 22, 2022;
No EUR/JPY, EUR/USD, USD/JPY, or GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date September 23, 2022.
