Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:
No GBP/USD, USD/JPY, or USD/CAD 5-Minute contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date September 27, 2021; additionally, no EUR/JPY 5-Minute contracts were listed for the 6:05pm through 6:15pm ET expiration times, and no GBP/JPY 5-Minute contracts were listed for the 6:05pm through 6:20pm ET expiration times on that same day; finally, no AUD/USD, EUR/USD or USD/JPY 2-Hour binary contracts were listed for the 11:00pm, 3:00am, 7:00am, 11:00am, or 3:00pm expiration times on trade date September 27, 2021;
No GBP/JPY 5-Minute contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date September 28, 2021; additionally, no AUD/USD, EUR/USD or USD/JPY 2-Hour binary contracts were listed for the 7:00pm, 11:00pm, 3:00am, 7:00am, 11:00am, or 3:00pm expiration times on trade date September 28, 2021; finally, no AUD/USD, EUR/USD, or USD/JPY 5 Minute contracts were listed for the 3:00pm or 4:00pm ET expiration times on trade date September 28, 2021;
No EUR/JPY or GBP/JPY 5-Minute contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date September 29, 2021; additionally, no AUD/USD, EUR/USD, or USD/JPY 5-Minute contracts were listed for the 8:00pm, 9:00pm, 10:00pm, 11:00pm, 12:00am, 1:00am, 2:00am, 3:00am, 4:00am, 5:00am, 6:00am, 7:00am, or 8:00am ET expiration times on trade date September 29, 2021;
No GBP/JPY 5-Minute contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date September 30, 2021;
No USD/CHF 5-Minute contacts were listed for the 3:00pm ET expiration time on trade date October 1, 2021.
