Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:
No AUD/USD, GBP/JPY, EUR/JPY, GBP/USD, or USD/CAD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date July 25, 2022; additionally, no EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY, or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:10pm ET expiration time on that day; finally, no GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:15pm or 6:20pm ET expiration times on that day, nor were USD/CAD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:25pm ET expiration time on that day;
No GBP/JPY or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date July 26, 2022;
No AUD/USD or GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date July 27, 2022;
No GBP/JPY or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date July 28, 2022;
No GBP/JPY5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date July 29, 2022.
