Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:

No EUR/USD, GBP/JPY, EUR/JPY, GBP/USD, USD/CAD, or USD/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date July 18, 2022; additionally, no GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:10pm ET expiration time on that day;
No GBP/JPY or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date July 19, 2022; additionally, no GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:20pm ET expiration time on that day;
No EUR/JPY or GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date July 20, 2022;
No GBP/JPY or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date July 21, 2022;
No EUR/USD, GBP/JPY, GBP/USD5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date July 22, 2022.
