Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:

No GBP/JPY, EUR/JPY, or GBP/USD 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm or 6:10pm ET expiration time on trade date August 22, 2022;
No GBP/JPY or EUR/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date August 23, 2022;
No EUR/USD or GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date August 24, 2022;
No GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date August 25, 2022;
No GBP/JPY5-Minute Intraday Binary contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date August 26, 2022.
