Nadex Lists GDP and Unemployment Rate Event Event contracts

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (“Act”), and section §40.2(a) of the regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “Commission”) under the Act (the “Regulations”), North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (“Nadex”, the “Exchange”) submitted to the Commission on April 8, 2020 notice of Nadex’s intent to list two new event contracts based on the underlying Advance Estimate Gross Domestic Product (“GDP”) and the Unemployment Rate.  The GDP Event contract will be listed on April 22, 2020 and the Unemployment Rate Event contract will be listed pursuant to its contract specifications in relation to the Unemployment Rate release date.  Additionally, this submission corrects a naming error and changes “Monthly Nonfarm Payrolls Event contracts” to “Weekly Nonfarm Payrolls Event contracts”.
