Nadex Corrects Non-Substantive Errors in its October 2, 2012 Self-Certification Submission

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d)(2)(iv), Nadex is making non-substantive corrections to its self-certification submission, originally filed on October 2, 2012 and effective October 17, 2012, which amended certain Rules in order to align with the Dodd Frank Amendments. Specifically, Nadex is correcting spelling errors in its Rule 3.3, an inadvertent omission of language in Rule 5.20(d), and a numbering error in Rule 9.2(f)(7).
