Nadex Announces Intermediated Trading and Updated Rulebook

Nadex announces it is now offering intermediated trading. Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), Nadex amends its Rulebook to implement the new rules pertaining to intermediated trading. These rule amendments are effective at the start of business on trading day Monday, April 12, 2010.
