Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation ยง40.6(a), Nadex amends the strike width and number of strikes listed for certain Event contracts. These rule amendments are effective for the start of business on trading day Monday, March 8, 2010.
