Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), Nadex amends its Product Schedule Guidelines for Holidays, which appear on the Nadex website. These rule amendments are effective for the start of business on trading day Tuesday, June 1, 2010.
