Nadex Amends the Payout Criteria for Certain Binary Contracts and Deletes Duplicate 12-2pm USD/YEN Intraday Binary Contract Rules

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), Nadex amends the payout criteria, including the strike width and rounding values, for certain binary contracts and deletes duplicate 12-2pm USD/YEN Intraday binary contract rules. These rule amendments are effective for the start of business on trading day Monday, March 15, 2010.
