Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), Nadex amends its Rules to add requirements for market maker quotations to be "Post-Only" orders, to add definitions and explanations for Post-Only order type, and amend the language of applicable Rules.
