Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act and Commission Regulation §40.6(a) and with an effective date of Monday, June 22, 2009, Nadex, formerly HedgeStreet, intends to extend its business hours on Friday to 4:15pm ET.
