Nadex Amends Exchange Hours and Announces 23-Hr Trading

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), and with an effective date of Tuesday, October 20, 2009, Nadex intends to extend its business hours. The exchange will be open for a regular trading session from 6:00pm (T-1) to 5:00pm ET Sunday through Thursday, and from 6:00pm (T-1) to 4:15pm ET on Friday, with the exception of Market holidays. Additionally, Corn and Soybean Binary and Variable Payout Spread Contracts will be available for trading between the hours of 10:30am and 2:15pm ET Monday through Friday, and Korea 200 Binary and Variable Payout Contracts will be available for trading between the hours of 8:00pm and 2:05am ET Sunday through Friday.
