Nadex Adjusts Strike Levels in the Weekly US Tech 100 and US 500 Binary Contracts and Amends Error in Wall Street 30, US Tech 100, US 500 Intraday Binary Close Times

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), Nadex amends the strike levels for the Weekly US Tech 100 and US 500 Binary Contracts and corrects an error in the close time for the 2:00pm ET Wall Street 30, US Tech 100, and US 500 Intraday Binary Contracts. These amendments will be effective for the start of business on trading day Monday, February 28, 2011.
