Nadex Adds Strikes on a Discretionary Basis in its Daily Gold Binary Contracts for Trade Date December 9, 2011

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, Commission Regulation §40.6(d), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rule 12, Nadex has added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily Gold Binary Contracts for trade date December 8, 2011. Nadex returned to its regular listing schedule for these contracts on December 9, 2011.
