Nadex Adds Strike Levels for the Week of December 27, 2016

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d)(2)(iv), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules in 12.63, Nadex hereby provides notice that due to volatility in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based, Nadex added strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily US Tech 100 Binary contracts on December 37, 2016. Nadex returned to its regular listing schedule for these contracts on December 28, 2016. Nadex also listed discretionary strike levels in its Daily US Tech 100 Binary contracts on December 30, 2016. Nadex plans to return to its regular listing schedule on January 3, 2017.
