Nadex Adds Strike Levels for the Week of December 19, 2016

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d)(2)(iv), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules in 12.15, Nadex hereby provides notice that due to volatility in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based, Nadex added strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Weekly Soybeans Binary contracts on December 23, 2016. Nadex plans to return to its regular schedule for these contracts on December 27, 2016. Additionally, Intraday Metals and Energies Binary and Spread contracts opened late between approximately 9:33am ET and 9:35am ET on Friday, December 23, 2016, and settled per the amended holiday schedule.
