Nadex Adds Overnight EUR/JPY Intraday Binary Contracts

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), Nadex has submitted to the Commission its intent to add round-the-clock 2-hour intraday contracts to its EUR/JPY Binary contract listings with expirations each hour from 8pm through 9am ET, as well as 4pm and 5pm ET.

Pursuant to Commission Regulation §40.6(a)(3), these new Rules and amendments would become effective April 7, 2014.
