Nadex Adds Discretionary Strike Levels for the Week of September 14, 2015

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d)(2)(iv), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules 12.27, 12.29, 12.31, 12.37, 12.59, 12.61, 12.63, and 12.65, due to volatility in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based, Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its 5-Minute Currency Binary contracts with expirations beginning at 2:30pm ET and ending at 3:55pm ET on Thursday, September 17, 2015. Nadex returned to its regular listing schedule for these contracts on September 18, 2015. Additionally, Nadex added additional discretionary strikes in its Daily US 500, US SmallCap 2000, US Tech 100, and Wall Street 30 Binary contracts on September 18, 2015 due to volatility in the underlying markets. Nadex plans to return to its regular listing schedule for these contracts on Monday, September 21, 2015.
