Nadex Adds Discretionary Strike Levels for the Week of July 6, 2015

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d)(2)(iv), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules in 12.20, 12.41, 12.51, 12.59, 12.61, 12.63, and 12.65, due to volatility in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based, Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily Tera Bitcoin Price Index, US Tech 100, and Wall Street 30 Binary contracts on July 6, 2015. Additionally, Nadex added discretionary strike levels in its Daily US Tech 100, Wall Street 30, US SmallCap 2000, US 500, Germany 30, GBP/JPY (3PM), GBP/JPY (7PM), GBP/JPY (11PM) Binary contracts on July 7, 2015. Nadex added discretionary strike levels in its Daily US Tech 100, Wall Street 30, US SmallCap 2000 Binary, and US 500 contracts on July 8, and in its Daily US Tech 100, Wall Street 30, US SmallCap 2000, US 500, and Germany 30 Binary contracts on July 9. Finally, Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily US Tech 100, Wall Street 30, and US 500 Binary contracts on July 10. Nadex plans to return to its regular listing schedule for all contacts on July 13, 2015.
