Nadex Adds Additional Strike Levels on a Discretionary Basis on Trade Dates November 5, 6, and 7, 2012

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d)(2)(iv), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules in 12.5, 12.26, 12.28, 12.32, 12.34, 12.36, 12.38, 12.40, 12.59, 12.61, 12.63, and 12.65, Nadex added additional strike levels in its Intraday 1am Expiration EUR/USD, USD/CHF, USD/CAD, GBP/JPY, EUR/JPY, AUD/USD, USD/JPY Bull Spread contracts on trade date November 5, 2012. Nadex returned to its regular listing schedule for these contracts on November 6, 2012. Nadex also added additional Daily Gold and Wall Street 30 Binary contract strike levels for trade date November 6, 2012. Nadex returned to its regular listing schedule for these contracts on November 7, 2012. Finally, Nadex added additional strike levels in its Daily US Tech 100, Wall Street 30, US SmallCap 2000, and US 500 Binary Contracts for trade date November 7, 2012. Nadex returned to its regular listing Schedule for these contracts on November 8, 2012.
