Nadex Adds Additional Strike Levels on a Discretionary Basis for Trade Dates May 30, 2012 and June 1, 2012
Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d)(2)(iv), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules in 12.5, 12.51, 12.59, 12.61, 12.63, and 12.65, Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily US Tech 100 and Wall Street 30 Binary Contracts for trade date May 30, 2012 due to volatility in the underlying markets on that day. Nadex returned to the regular listing schedule for these contracts on May 31, 2012. Nadex also added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily Gold, US Tech 100, Wall Street 30, US 500, US SmallCap 2000, and Germany 30 Binary Contracts for trade date June 1, 2012 due to volatility in the underlying markets on that day. Nadex plans to return to the regular listing schedule for these contracts on June 4, 2012.
