Nadex Adds Additional Strike Levels on a Discretionary Basis on Trade Dates June 28 and 29, 2012

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d)(2)(iv), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules in 12.3, 12.5, 12.7, 12.27, 12.29, 12.31, 12.33, 12.35, 12.51, 12.59, 12.61, 12.63, and 12.65, Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily US Tech 100 and Wall Street 30 Binary Contracts for Trade Date June 28, 2012 due to volatility in the underlying markets on that day. Nadex returned to its regular listing schedule for these contracts on June 29, 2012. Nadex also added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily AUD/USD, EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/CAD, USD/CHF, US Tech 100, Wall Street 30, US 500, US SmallCap 2000, Germany 30, Gold, Silver, and Copper Binary Contracts for trade date June 29, 2012 due to volatility in the underlying markets on that day. Nadex plans to return to its regular listing schedule for these contracts on July 2, 2012.
