Nadex Adds Additional Strike Levels on a Discretionary Basis on Trade Dates July 23, 25, and 26, 2012

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d)(2)(iv), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules in 12.29, 12.31, 12.39, 12.51, 12.59, 12.61, 12.63, and 12.65, Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily Germany 30, Wall St 30, US Tech 100 and US SmallCap 2000 Binary Contracts for trade date July 23, 2012 due to volatility in the underlying markets on that day. Nadex returned to its regular listing schedule for these contracts on July 24, 2012. Nadex also listed additional strike levels in its Daily Wall St 30 Binary Contracts for trade date July 25, 2012 due to volatility in the underlying markets on that day, and returned to its regular listing schedule for these contracts on July 26, 2012. Finally, Nadex listed additional strike levels in its Daily US Tech 100, Wall St 30, US 500, Germany 30, EUR/USD, GBP/USD, and GBP/JPY Binary Contracts for trade date July 26, 2012, due to volatility in the underlying markets on that day. Nadex returned for its regular listing Schedule for these contracts on July 27, 2012.
