Nadex Adds Additional Strike Levels on a Discretionary Basis on Trade Dates August 2, 2012 and August 3, 2012

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d)(2)(iv), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules in 12.29, 12.51, 12.59, 12.61, 12.63, and 12.65, Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily Wall St 30 and Germany 30 Binary Contracts for Trade Date August 2, 2012 due to volatility in the underlying markets on that day. Nadex returned to its regular listing schedule for these contracts on August 3, 2012. Additionally, Nadex added additional strike levels in its Daily EUR/USD, US Tech 100, Wall St 30, US 500, US SmallCap 2000, and Germany 30 Binary Contracts for Trade Date August 3, 2012, due to volatility in the underlying markets on that day. Nadex plans to return to its regular listing schedule for these contracts on August 6, 2012.
