Nadex Adds Additional Strike Levels in Certain Daily and Intraday Binary Contracts on a Discretionary Basis for the Week of October 13, 2014

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(d)(2)(iv), and by the authority granted by Nadex Rules in 12.9, 12.49, 12.51, 12.59, 12.61, 12.63, and 12.65 Nadex added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in its Daily US Tech 100 and US SmallCap 2000 Binary Contracts on October 14, 2014 due to volatility in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based. Nadex also added additional strike levels on a discretionary basis in all its US Indices Binary Contracts on October 15th , 16th, and 17th. Discretionary strikes were added to its Daily FTSE 100 and Germany 30 Binary Contracts on October 16, 2014. Finally, additional strikes were added in its Intraday Crude Oil Binary Contracts on October 16, 2014. Nadex plans to return to its regular listing schedule for these contracts on October 20, 2014.
