HedgeStreet Re-launches Market Maker Subsidiary Pilot Program

HedgeStreet, Inc. re-launches its Market Maker Subsidiary Pilot Program for a period of twelve (12) months commencing on July 1, 2006 until June 30, 2007 in order to promote seed liquidity on the Market. Additionally, a change in the composition of members of the Board of Directors of the subsidiary was reported to the Commission. Lastly, HedgeStreet filed amendments to Appendix 1 (of its Market Maker Subsidiary Pilot Program Certification) - referenced as the "Financial Considerations and Risk Management Plan".
