HedgeStreet, Inc. Promotion to Waive Trading Fees for Active Members in Year-End Hedgelets

This offer will grant participating HedgeStreet members free trades during the month of December 2004 ("Promotion Period"). Free trades will be given to those active members placing more than forty (40) trades in all Year-End Hedgelet Contracts. All applied trading fees will be rebated back to those members who satisfy the minimum number of (41) trades under the Promotion.
