Effective Monday, July 25, 2005, HedgeStreet features new Soybean Production Contracts and Corn Production Contracts

Pursuant to Commission Regulation §40.2 and §40.6, the HedgeStreet Rule and Instrument Committees have approved the addition of the following Contracts, represented by Rules 12.56-20.57:

12.56 Soybean Production Fixed Payout Hedgelet Contracts

12.57 Corn Production Fixed Payout Hedgelet Contracts

Additionally, Rule 12.1(l) now defines the "Two Month Contract" duration.
