Amendments to existing Terms and Conditions of certain Fixed Payout Hedgelet Contracts and Variable Payout Hedgelet Contracts

Pursuant to Commission Regulation §40.2 and §40.6, the HedgeStreet Rule and Instrument Committees have approved the addition of the following Rules:

12.3(f)(i) Crude Oil Inventory Contracts - Amendment of the Payout Criteria for the Contracts to be offered by weekly duration;

12.9(f)(ii) Gasoline Contracts - Issuance of Quarterly Fixed Payout Hedgelet Contracts;

12.22(f)(i) Natural Gas Inventory Contracts - Amendment of the Payout Criteria for the Contracts to be offered by weekly duration;

12.28(f)(iv)-(v) Crude Oil Contracts - Issuance of Quarterly Fixed Payout Hedgelet Contracts and Year-End Fixed Payout Hedgelet Contracts;

12.34(f)(ii)-(iii) Gasoline Variable Payout Contracts - Issuance of Quarterly VPH Contracts and Year-End VPH Contracts; and

12.36(f)(ii)-(iii) Crude Oil Variable Payout Contracts - Issuance of Quarterly VPH Contracts and Year-End VPH Contracts
