Amendment to Rule 12.69(f) - with respect to the Payout Criteria for all Binary Nonfarm Payrolls Contracts

Pursuant to Commission Regulation §40.6(a), the HedgeStreet Rule and Instrument Committees have approved certain amendments to the current payout criteria of all Binary Nonfarm Payrolls Contracts represented by the single rule referenced above.
