Adding Intraday Durations and Relisting Daily and Weekly Natural Gas, Copper, and RBOB Gas Binaries

Pursuant to Section 5c(c) of the Commodity Exchange Act and and Commission Regulation §40.6(a) and with an effective date of Monday, December 15, 2008, HedgeStreet is listing Intraday durations and amending the Daily and Weekly Payout Criteria for the Natural Gas Binary Contracts, Copper Binary Contracts and RBOB Wholesale Gasoline Binary Contracts represented in Rules 12.29, 12.38 and12.45, respectively.
