Trading with NadexGO: video summary

NadexGO is our mobile app built on Progressive Web App (PWA) technology. Let’s walk through how to use it.

Step 1: log in on your home screen

Tap the app and then log in using your Nadex credentials. You can access your demo account or your live account.

Step 2: pick your market

You’ll see a list of popular daily binary options. You can select one of these, or you can tap ‘markets’ to see all available options.

Step 3: pick your trading product

Under markets, you’ll see the three different trading products:

  • Binary options

  • Call spreads

  • Knock-outs

Choose your product, then tap on an expiration option to display all available strike prices for contracts expiring at that time.

Step 4: choose your contract

Tap on a strike price to bring up an order ticket.

At the top of the order ticket there is a specific description outlining the details of that contract.

In this example, we see:

Will EUR/GPB finish higher than 9020 at 3 a.m.?

Step 5: customize your order ticket

On the order ticket, you can select:

  • Buy or sell

  • Order type (market or limit)

  • Price

  • Number of contracts

Risk/reward is calculated and clearly shown on the ticket before you place your order (excluding exchange fees).

If everything looks good, tap ‘place order’. If you want to carry out more research first, move on to the next step.

Step 6: carry out your analysis

You’ll likely want to analyze the markets before placing your order. To do this, simply tap ‘open chart’ in the upper right-hand corner.

Tap on the bottom of the chart and scroll left or right to see all charting options, like:

  • Time intervals

  • Chart types

  • Indicators

  • Drawing tools

You can select a different strike from the chart or tap the ‘back’ button to go back to your original order ticket.

Step 7: monitor your order

Orders that have not been filled will show up in the orders tab. Orders that have been executed will show up in the positions tab.

To close an order early, tap on an open position. This will bring up an order ticket pre-populated with the opposite side of the trade, so you can exit quickly.

Tapping on a working order that hasn’t yet been filled will open a ticket to delete or amend it.

The history tab will show your 24-hour order history.

How to manage your account

You can manage your account any time. Just tap the ‘account’ button in the bottom right-hand corner to access or change:

  • Tolerance levels

  • Default order type

  • Default contract size

  • Account information

If you’d like to leave us any feedback, you can do so in the account section. All feedback is greatly appreciated, as we plan on continuously updating the mobile app and adding features to create the best possible trading experience.
